Terms & Conditions

The following are the Terms and Conditions for the use of this website and the purchase of products from Green Cross Parcel. Use of this website will be deemed as your agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Pricing

Prices listed on the website are on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Green Cross Parcel does retain the right to revise our prices at any time to reflect changes in our costs such as but not limited to: goods, carriage, labour, overheads, government taxes and exchange rates.

Payment

We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Laser Cards. VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of Green Cross Parcel until payment is received in full.

Corporate clients may open a credit account, subject to trade references and application approval, on the strict condition that payment is made within 30 days from date of invoice. Please contact us for more information (info@greencrossparcel.ie).

Pre Packed Parcel Contents

Every effort is made to strictly conform with the description and quality of pre packed parcels. However in the event of a parcel item not being available from our local suppliers, we reserve the right to substitute the item for an upgraded product of equal or greater value.

Photographs

We have made all reasonable efforts to ensure each photograph accurately reflects the product being sold. On occasions, there may be minor differences between the product's appearance in the photograph and the item delivered due to manufacturing changes beyond our control.

Unavailable Products

If an item is out of stock, the sender will be notified as soon as possible and will have the option of 1) awaiting stock availability, 2) selecting an alternative item or 3) being given a full refund.

Shipping

Your order is processed by Green Cross Parcel the moment it is received. Prices of individual items and pre packed parcels typically do not include delivery charges except where indicated. We employ third-party postal/courier services to deliver your parcels and gifts. Although we provide an indication of typical delivery times, specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed. Claims for non-delivery must be made within 30 working days.

For orders being shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, Green Cross Parcel cannot be held responsible for importation taxes/duty charges.

All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient's telephone number. Green Cross Parcel cannot accept responsibility for late or non-delivery if the recipient's address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.

It is the customer's duty to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the delivery, which will be delivered by third party postal/courier service. Where the courier is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or agree an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the courier. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to Green Cross Parcel and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address. The purchaser will also be charged for any items which have become unsuitable for sale and need replacing.

Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with any Product or the terms of any entitlement to Services you have purchased from us, you may return the Product(s) to us or cancel the entitlement to Services and obtain a refund of the price of the Product(s) returned or Service entitlement if you contact us within 14 Calendar Days of delivery of the Product to you or within 14 Calendar Days of your purchase of the entitlement to Services.

You must return the Product(s) in their original packaging and the Product(s) must be undamaged. You must obtain and retain a signed copy of delivery documentation from the carrier at the time of collection.

Provided the Products are returned to us undamaged we will refund the price paid for the Products you have returned.

You acknowledge that content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in either sponsor advertisements or email-distributed, commercially produced information presented to you by the Website, by us, or our advertisers or other content providers, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights and laws.

Law

These conditions, and all acts of Green Cross Parcel, its Directors and Employees, shall be governed and construed in every way in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ireland.
